KARJOA Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
At KARJOA, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products. Due to the nature of the products we offer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Ordering the wrong quantity
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier
- Refusal of delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
No Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your package arrives damaged, you must contact KARJOA within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the package
- Photographs of the product
- A description of the issue
Failure to report the issue within 48 hours may result in denial of your claim.
If KARJOA determines that an error occurred on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement product. Refunds will not be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, KARJOA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers are encouraged to ship to a secure location and select signature confirmation when available.
Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact KARJOA first regarding any concerns before filing a dispute with your credit card company or financial institution.
Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may have their orders, accounts, and future purchases suspended.
KARJOA reserves the right to provide all available evidence to the payment processor or financial institution, including but not limited to:
- Order confirmation
- Customer acceptance of our Terms & Conditions
- IP address
- Checkout date and time
- Payment verification
- Tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
- Customer communications
Agreement
By checking the required agreement box during checkout and placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- You have read the product description.
- You understand that all sales are final.
- You agree that KARJOA does not provide refunds or cancellations.
- You accept these terms before your payment is processed.
